When you make an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend, alter, or update this at any time.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. All specifications, (sizes and technical details) are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot accept liability for inaccuracies.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched, and a full refund will be provided. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a credit against other goods or a full refund (collection charges apply) within 14 days of delivery and subject to the following conditions:

• Goods must be in their original condition and in their original box and packaging. Any opened packaging must be resealed for collection.
• You are responsible for handing the goods over to the collection courier in perfect condition.
• A refund will only be issued after goods have been inspected and are deemed to be in a saleable condition. These conditions do not apply to damaged goods, please see below.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event you receive your goods damaged, we will replace it with another, free of charge or offer you a full refund if requested. Any damage/transit damage must be detailed on the carrier's delivery note at the receipt of delivery. Our carriers will require that you sign for goods in good condition on delivery, it is vital that somebody is there to receive the goods on the delivery date arranged. You need to check items for any transit damage/damage and report on the delivery note. If you DO NOT check the item upon delivery and find that it's damaged without reporting it on the delivery note, SASCOM Products Ltd will not accept any liability.

Delivery of Goods
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability can be accepted for late deliveries. Goods will not be left if there is no one available to receive them. If goods have to be redelivered because no one is available on the agreed delivery date there will be an additional charge made. If the order is cancelled after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for goods shown at an incorrect price on the website or in any communications.

Warranty
All goods are covered by a 1 year’s parts warranty ONLY. This warranty applies to manufacturers' faults only. Spare parts are available at cost price.

Statutory Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will attempt to ensure that the information available on our website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these.

All drawings, descriptive matter and specifications of the goods on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts of our website without notice or liability. The goods may differ slightly from the images shown.
