“Our demand-driven supply chain ensures that our logistics team provides an unrivalled service to all our customers”
SASCOM Products embraces the use of supply chain to deliver competitive advantage. Our fulfilment, or how we respond to our sales orders, is amongst the most ‘core’ of our supply chain capabilities.
Our fulfilment capability is becoming a marketplace differentiator which is enabling SASCOM Products to reduce price points, giving us a cost advantage which ensures that we pass the saving to our customers.
With access to over 35,000sq.ft of modern warehousing space, our supply chain system can cater to fulfil any order. The warehouse stock control system enables our logistics team to offer quick order turnaround and deliveries to all customers within 24-48 hours (stock permitting).
Our products can be delivered in full pallets, or we can pick from stock to provide an ad-hoc stock supply service to meet customer order requirements. Rest assured, SASCOM Products have no problems meeting customer order fulfilment targets under normal circumstances.

Checking Goods for Damage
Any damage/transit damage must be detailed on the carrier’s delivery note at the receipt of delivery. Our carriers will require that you sign for goods in good condition on delivery, it is vital that somebody is there to receive and inspect the goods on the delivery date arranged. You need to check items for any transit damage and report on the delivery note. If you DO NOT check the item upon delivery and find that it’s damaged without reporting it on the delivery note, SASCOM Products Ltd will not accept any liability.
